FUSION
FUSION is a slow, steady fusion of yoga and Pilates designed to strengthen the body while centering the mind. IGNITE
IGNITE is a 45-minute strength and conditioning class built to fire you up fast. Each week focuses on a theme or target area, guiding you through a series of exercises performed in 2–3 rounds of high-intensity intervals. Using bodyweight and resistance bands, you’ll build strength, boost endurance, and push past your limits in a safe, joint-friendly way. With a quick warm-up to prepare and a deep stretch to cool down, IGNITE delivers an efficient, powerful workout when you’re short on time but want maximum impact.

PULSE
PULSE is a low-impact class that delivers big results. Rooted in Mat Pilates, this practice challenges your strength, endurance, and focus through precise, controlled movements that light up your muscles in new ways. Safe on the joints yet deeply effective, PULSE builds mobility, stability, and functional strength to support you in everyday living. Expect a full-body workout that tones, strengthens, and surprises you, leaving you feeling stronger, taller, and more connected to your body. Props and light weights may be used to add variety and intensity.

RESTORE
RESTORE is your invitation to slow down and soften.
